吴志成，男，博士，中共党员。2022年毕业于中国农业大学观赏园艺专业，以第一作者（或共同第一作者）身份在国际植物学和园艺学顶级期刊发表SCI论文2篇。

主要研究方向：

主要针对鲜花采后损耗严重的问题，以月季等重要花卉作物为材料，着重研究调节植物花朵衰老的重要基因功能及表达调控网络机制。
